Ken Zimmer - President

Mr. Zimmer is responsible for the overall operations, resources, and strategic vision of the business. Ken is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of dynamic expertise in the financial industry. He is a visionary who is highly adept at identifying growth opportunities and leading change initiatives that transform organizations to the next level of product distribution. Previously, as Executive Vice President and Managing Director at SEI Investments, Ken led the re-engineering of SEI's Banking and Technology Division from a single product to an integrated financial services outsourcing organization. Throughout his tenure at SEI, Ken also increased sales tenfold from year one to years six, expanded the acquision rate by 50%, and built revenue per acquisition by 75%. Ken has also been honored as Institutional Investor Marketer of the Year. In his spare time, Ken enjoys a good game of golf and spending time with his family at his home in Southern New Jersey. Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Rider University.

Adeel Arif - CTO

Mr. Arif is responsible for leading the company-wide technology strategy, product development, IT infrastructure and operations management. Adeel brings to the team deep technical and leadership experience in middle market and growth stage companies.  Previously, Adeel headed the product development, mobile and commerce initiatives and IP strategy at icueTV. Prior to icueTV, Adeel was Chief Information Officer at Architectural Systems, Inc., where he provided strategic leadership as head of Technology and launched the e-commerce business. Adeel started his career at Microsoft as solution specialist and technology consultant to middle market companies on supply chain management and CRM and was part of Microsoft’s leadership development program.  Adeel holds a MS in Technology Management from University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Computer Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.  Adeel is also an avid marathon runner.

James Hooven – Director of Operations

Mr. Hooven oversees ProfitPoint’s Operations including Graphic Design, Card Production, Order Fulfillment, and Customer Support. Jim manages the creation and set-up of transaction accounts, building and downloading of processing terminal software files and shipping of equipment that allows merchants to process gift, loyalty and credit cards. The Operations Group also provides innovative revenue boosting program design assistance for all business verticals. Under his direction, the Customer Support team is responsible for technical support and training for our entire portfolio of products and services. Jim has previous experience leading a mid-size support center in the telecommunications industry. He implemented and managed work flow procedures for Hotwire Communications to ensure client installations were completed within SLA standards. Jim and his wife Emily live in Morton, Pennsylvania where they enjoy spending time with their family (Daughter – Kelsey and Son - Bryce).

Tyler Hains – Director of IT

Since the company’s inception in 2003, Mr. Hains has been responsible for managing and executing all technology and software development to support the strategic initiatives at ProfitPoint. In addition to maintaining the business infrastructure, Tyler has directed several major projects that have been pivotal in defining ProfitPoint’s unique capabilities. Tyler has played a principal role in designing the current SNAP gift & loyalty system, emphasizing flexibility, and extensibility to meet a broad range of needs, both present and future for merchants, their customers, and ProfitPoint alike. Since earning a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from MIT, Mr. Hains has worked primarily in IT, drawing on his programming background for special projects.

Jordan Majkszak – Director of Marketing

Mr. Majkszak is responsible for implementing and maintaining the marketing plan to support the strategic direction outlined by senior management. Jordan plays an essential role in the development of corporate collateral, website content, advertising strategies, client communications and assisting in the execution of specific sales initiatives. Jordan often takes on a consultative role in developing, maintaining, and analyzing successful gift, loyalty, promotional, and one-to-one marketing programs for ProfitPoint clients. Jordan has over a decade of experience in marketing, graphic design, web design and consultation with multi-location retailers, restaurants and salons. He has been acknowledged in the business management book “Earning Success” by Bill Lisowski and John Mengelson and quoted several times in GD USA, a graphic design trade publication.
